Are you ready to unleash your potential as our next sales superstar? We’re looking for a dynamic individual with an electric personality and a hunger for success to join our team and become an integral part of our success story!

As a Sales Representative, you'll be an essential member of our high-performing team, helping our customers find the right coating solutions for them. Based in our trade showroom, you will largely work with tradespeople and small businesses on their wholesale needs. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with new customers over the phone and in person
• Build ongoing client relationships through account management and follow-up
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers to assist them with their coating needs

The Tools You’ll Need to Succeed:

We're on the hunt for experienced salespeople who are brimming with energy and enthusiasm! We’ll provide full product training on all things coatings, so existing knowledge in this space won’t be essential. You will, however, need the following to enjoy continued success in our team of sales superstars:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Strong passion for smashing KPIs and improving PBs 
• Enthusiasm for lead generation
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite, CRM, and internet applications
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively

Above all else, you’ll live and breathe sales, and have a customer-first mindset that enables you to provide high-quality service to our valued clientele.
